Dara Jones
Dara Jones is a Corporate Legal Administrator at Vanguard. She is a strategic and collaborative professional with a background in corporate governance, event coordination, and relationship management. She currently serves as a Legal Operations Coordinator in the Office of the General Counsel at The Vanguard, Inc., where she manages the board planning process for their U.S. entities, ensures regulatory compliance, and optimizes governance processes.
A proud Howard University graduate and INROADS alum, Dara is passionate about engagement and community building. She has been actively involved in diversity recruitment initiatives at Vanguard, including leading the HBCU outreach efforts at her alma mater. As Social Chair, she brings her expertise in event planning, networking, and strategic collaboration to foster a dynamic and connected community.
In her spare time, Dara enjoys community service, discovering new artists, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
